Teresa Carpio International:

The Philosophy of an Artist

At TCI, we teach our students to care about each other, and use music as our common language.

Our hope is for our students to enjoy learning, to have fun singing and dancing, to build confidence through music and most of all, to learn to love their families.

Miss Carpio has taught many children for over 15 years in Hong Kong and in Toronto, Canada.

Her unique teaching method utilizes singing to help students enjoy their childhood, speak up for themselves and give joy to their families by singing and performing!

Private CoursesTCI Beginners Pop SingingA private class taught by Miss Carpio's trained head teachers, which covers the basic fundamentals of pop singing. Perfect for beginners, or those who want to 'brush up' on their vocals for performance, recording, or just for fun!TCI Artist Program An ongoing, fully balanced program of professional pop singing, stage presence, recording, building a repertoire, packaging and style. This class is meant for those seeking to become professional artists, or current artists who want to further grow their skill, style and confidence. The Promise of Individuality:As a unique individual in this world, we would not expect you to sing like any other person. For this reason, each private program will be tailored to fit each student's specific needs and goals. Although two general courses have been outlined, each person who auditions will come at their own level, with their own definitive purpose. This is why no two private programs will ever be exactly the same. Group CoursesPlease note: Group courses may not always be available. Check back to our home page regularly for updates!Kinder Play and Sing (Ages 2-4)This class is a special treat for moms and toddlers. Spend some quality time learning the nursery rhymes you knew as a child in a modern, pop-infused style! Melody Kids 1(Ages 5-9) / Rising Stars 1 (Ages 10-15)Get moving and shaking with this fun, active class! This course combines the basics of pop singing with some basic choreography. Learn happy, wholesome and fun songs in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish and more!Melody Kids 2 (Ages 5-9) / Rising Stars 2 (Ages 10-16)This course combines the basics learned in the beginners 1 class, with an added focus on live performance, presentation, moderate choreography, a larger repertoire of songs and duet/solo singing. Adult Classes (Ages 17+)Each adult class will be scheduled according to the needs of the individual students.
